Having 1-2 years of experience in Call Centre, BPO, Software Sales, IT Sales, Corporate Sales, and Marketing etc.
Willing to pursue long term career in Night Shifts.
Excellent Oral & Written communication skills.
Strong negotiating and inter-personal skills.
Should have good networking skills (Public Relations).
Self motivated person and a team player.
Must have technical background(technical Bachelors degree).

5 days a week with no variable shifts.
Saturday & Sundays are fixed off.
All US Business Holidays are provided.

Package:
- For First 6 months, the CTC will be Rs. 2 lacs, these 6 months can be extendable to 12 months.
- For Next 12 months, the CTC will be based entirely up on the performance and will be between 2.4 to 2.8 Lacs p.a.
- IMP NOTE: We are looking forward for people who will look for stability in the career, all the selected people will required to give the commitment for atleast 18 Months stay with USTS.
- After completion of 18 months the package will be revised up to 35% on the CTC.
